Yeah I have always found Autumn evasive. Year after year I keep telling myself I will get some Autumn shots and every year I Miss my chance. This year I set out with more determination, the first attempt was at Loch Trool. Although I waited on just a smidgen of light to crack the sky it didn't happen so I ended up the just a documentary shot. "A few days later" with expectations far exceeding the result above I thought I'd try another location. The second choice was the Girvan Valley in err the rain. Two shot focus stack, lens Sigma 10-20mm F4 EX ISO280 3sec.
