Culzean Castle

Pronounced cul-lane. Bit of a disaster, usual story the light disappeared and there was a haze over the castle so it a rough mono conversion because it wasn't worth spending any time on the edit.

Clouds overhead, clear at the horizon, usually=spectacular. The opposite situation=often not so good:)
Still, I like the light on the water and the composition in this shot. I also like the new presentation with the framing around your images.. that always helps to concentrate the viewer's attention, IMHO.

cheers mark not sure what caused the haze it wasn't visible to the eye perhaps the long shutter speed captured the salt spray in the strong winds at least it's not to noticeable in mono.... the framing I just altered the HTML coding for the page to get it.

Nice enough picture.
I've noticed quite a number of photo blogs coming round to framing.Must try it more often.

cheers the framing is easy enough you just have to do it the old fashioned way in the blogs template HTML none of this new fangled add a gadget stuff :))
